Jewel In The Town

Estate Agents and Auctioneers, James F Kendling & Partners included approximately 120 jewellery lots in their April auction sale, selling every single last item! Rings, brooches, chains and pendants all saw enthusiastic bidding from local and national buyers eager to participate.

Silver items also excelled themselves, bringing top money from the public, private collectors and dealers.

Auction sales are held for antiques and collectables on the second Saturday every month at the town centre auction rooms, The Villa Hall on The Strand in Bude.

Lots proving very popular at the moment include quality furniture, jewellery, silver, medals, ceramics, art, garden furniture / statuary, treen (especially Tunbridgeware, apparently), train sets and other selected toys.

The auction house also regularly offers classic cars or motorcycles in the sale, with an impressive success rate. Auctioneer James Kendling said, "top quality items will always make top quality prices, and we are regularly visiting all over Devon and Cornwall assessing potential lots, from single items to entire house clearances".

So before you dispose of grannies dresser, or post your gold jewellery to an anonymous PO box number, why not give them a call? Items can be collected if required and delivery is available on a worldwide scale at cost.

Sometimes auctions will actually be held on site, where access and space permits, and these sales are additional to the monthly Villa Hall auctions.

Property auctions are also running regularly, in addition to a fine selection of country, coastal and selected commercial properties that form the current portfolio.

Independent estate agents James F Kendling & Partners extend the same highly confidential service to owners of fine residential property, to a unique register of discerning purchasers and investors all over the world.
